For children (7+), teens, and adults – in-person or online

All new growth-minded individuals receive a custom essential oil blend to support emotional wellbeing.
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended to support depth, integration, and lasting change.

 Expressive Arts Therapy & Intuitive Intelligence Method

Same rate, same structure – let’s tailor the approach to meet your needs.

  • In-Person: $165 / 60 mins – All materials included

  • Online (Zoom): $150 / 60 mins – Please have basic art supplies available

  • 4-Session Package: $600(save $60)

  • Additional sessions after 4: $165 each

Whether you're drawn to expressive arts or intuitive guidance (or a blend of both), we’ll co-create a path that supports you emotionally, creatively, and energetically.

 GROUP SESSIONS – BALLARAT

Creative connection and expression in a nurturing, facilitated space. All materials and light refreshments included.

Creative Butterfly Collective

  • $340 / 4-session subscription

  • Fortnightly Friday evenings, 2 hours

  • Minimum 4-session commitment (8-week cycle)

  • Auto-renews every 8 weeks – cancel anytime after the first cycle

  • Includes art materials, reflection prompts, and gentle guidance

If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a limited number of Pay From the Heart places to honour inclusion, accessibility, and the belief that healing should never be out of reach. We can find something that works gently for both of us.
