Client records are stored securely and treated as confidential, in line with PACFA's Code of Ethics and professional standards for therapeutic practice. Website form and newsletter data is managed through MailerLite, and booking data through Calendly; both platforms have their own privacy and security practices.
Sharing Your Information
I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with your consent (for example, referring you to CPHP reception or BRICC's booking system), or where required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting me directly. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
